What We Do
We Help Bridge the Gap Between People and the Mental Health Resources They Need.
Our work focuses on breaking the stigma surrounding mental health while empowering individuals, families, and organizations with the tools to build resilience and foster meaningful connections.
Community Education
Knowledge is the foundation of change. We provide educational programs, workshops, and community events that increase awareness, promote understanding, and encourage open conversations about mental wellness. Our goal is to equip individuals with practical information and reduce the stigma that often prevents people from seeking support.
Mental Wellness Events
We host monthly events on the first Tuesday of every month. Throughout the year, MWNA also hosts wellness summits, fundraisers, and community gatherings that bring together mental health professionals, community leaders, advocates, and residents. These events create opportunities to learn, connect, and discover local resources in our community.
Resource Connections
Finding help shouldn’t be difficult. We connect individuals and families with trusted mental health providers, community organizations, support services, and wellness resources that can make a meaningful difference in their lives. By strengthening relationships across our community, we help bridge the gap between those seeking support and those providing it.
Community Partnerships
We believe collaboration creates lasting impact. MWNA partners with healthcare organizations, schools, nonprofits, businesses, government agencies, and community leaders to expand access to mental wellness programs and create innovative solutions that benefit our communities.
Advocacy & Awareness
We work to promote a culture where mental wellness is recognized as an essential part of overall health. Through awareness campaigns, community outreach, and advocacy efforts, we encourage open dialogue, challenge misconceptions, and inspire individuals to seek support without fear of judgment.
Building Stronger Communities
Everything we do is guided by one purpose: creating communities where people feel connected, supported, and empowered to thrive. Whether someone is looking for information, seeking help, hoping to volunteer, or wanting to make a difference, MWNA provides opportunities for everyone to become part of the solution.
Building a Healthier, More Connected Community
Our networking events, community forums, wellness summits, and educational programs provide opportunities for collaboration while strengthening the support systems available throughout our community.
